My usually upbeat and optimistic manner gave way to some well deserved rant time! Although I have yet to complete my article on a place for emotions in the real estate market I did write a column for Rocklin & Roseville Today that more than anything allowed me to vent off some of my own emotions in regards to recent offers I received on behalf of two clients.
