They are everywhere!

Take a look at the “For Sale” signs in your neighborhood and if it is like mine almost everyone has a “Price Reduced” rider attached. Why are price reductions the number one daily activity on MLS and what can someone putting their house on the market this autumn do to avoid having to do weekly price reductions?
