Melrose Drive

Check out the new photos we took of my Melrose Drive listing in North Highlands. I am surprised this home has not sold yet. It is in a nice neighborhood, has all sorts of curb appeal and with the huge enclosed screen room has so much more livable space than the square footage would lead you to believe. The house, built in the 1950’s is being sold by the original owner who has maintained the home with love for all these years.
