A Different Look at May Real Estate Numbers

This week I had a chance to look at the DataQuick Real Estate reports. DQ includes resale of single family homes, condos and new homes. When looking at the local real estate market from this perspective it is clear the days of rapid appreciation is over and right now we are even seeing declines in the median sales price in some areas.
